What details will be required for the installation?

You will require Admin, FTP and SSH details with Root Access of your Magento 2 instance. Also, composer must be installed for Magento 2 instances.

Do you provide Cliparts?

Yes, we do provide 10000+ cliparts in our Pro and Ultimate versions.

Is flash required to run this extension?

No, it is not required. Web-to-print Software is HTML5 based.

With which Magento versions is this software compatible?

Magento product design software is compatible with Magento version 2, and 2.3.2.

What would be the downloadable and saved design file type?

Customers will be able to download and save the designs in .jpg or .png file format.

What would be the output file type?

The printable output file format will be in .pdf, .jpg and .svg. Moreover, it will be visible in the order information tab in your admin panel.

What would be the compatible file format to upload masking images by admin?

The admin needs to upload masking images in .svg file formats.

Are there any restrictions for resolution of the product image?

Yes, to get high quality output, please upload high resolution product base image.

How to set the configuration so the customers upload high resolution image?

You can set minimum image size from the configuration.

How to create design templates?

The design templates can we created using the "Make Design" option the product grid.

Will the image/clipart formats be available in the same format as added by the customer?

The design tab has two parts: "View Designs" and "Layers Designs". The "View Designs" part will list the original designs by customer and will be downloaded in .pdf and the image format selected in the configuration (from .jpg or .png)

What is the dpi of design output?

Do we need to add a separate catalog for designer products or will it work with existing catalog?

There is no need to create a separate catalog for designer products. You just need to enable product designer for a product in the existing catalog.

Which image library is used in this extension?

This tool uses GD libraries default for PHP.

How will grouping of all objects work into canvas?

When customer will click on any direction button then system will move all available objects on canvas with specific pixel range specified on admin.

On what basis the object alignment will work?

Object alignment will work with reference to design area canvas.

What should I do if Name & Number Feature is not working?

You have to enable Name & Number from product configurations. It will only work with Configurable products.

Will this extension conflict with my existing Third-Party Extensions?

This extension may conflict with other Third-party extensions. You can always contact our support team for these issues.

What should i do if i am unable to view 'Design button' for Simple / Configurable products?

Please ensure product has been configured as per the steps mentioned in the User Manual.

What is cache lifetime?

For angular, cache lifetime is of 15 minutes. For Magento, admin need to set cache lifetime from configurations.
